Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Gravity, including your responsibilities when connecting data sources and arranging introductions.

Effective August 14, 2026

1. The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Jonah Greenberger and Jay Zhang(“we”, “us”), who operate Gravity at https://meetgravity.ai(the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Access is by invitation and is not guaranteed

Gravity is in early access and available by invitation. We may grant, decline, suspend, or withdraw access at our discretion. We may change, add, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part, at any time.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce fees, we will provide notice before they apply. You may discontinue use of the Service before the fees take effect.

3. Your account

You sign in through Google. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your Gravity account. Tell us at hello@meetgravity.ai if you believe it has been used without your authorization. Provide accurate information about yourself, and keep it accurate.

4. Connecting Gmail and other sources

Connecting Gmail is optional. If you connect it, you authorize us to access that mailbox read-only and to derive relationship and capability signal from it as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you are entitled to grant access to the mailbox and that connecting it does not violate any agreement or policy that applies to you, including an employer policy.

You also represent that you have the right to provide any LinkedIn profile or other material you import.

5. What you may not do

  • Attempt to identify, enumerate, aggregate, or reconstruct another member’s relationships or contacts beyond what that member has deliberately approved and shown you.
  • Scrape, crawl, bulk-export, or systematically extract data from the Service, or use it to build or improve a competing product or a contact database.
  • Use contact details you learn through an approved introduction for anything other than that introduction. In particular, do not add them to a mailing list, a CRM prospecting sequence, or any bulk outreach, and comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing law.
  • Misrepresent who you know, the strength of a relationship, or your reason for requesting an introduction.
  • Access the Service by automated means, interfere with it, probe or bypass its security or access controls, or use another member’s account.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material, or use the Service to harass anyone or to break the law.

Good-faith security research is welcome and is not a breach of this section. Report what you find to hello@meetgravity.ai and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it.

6. Introductions

Gravity provides suggestions but does not make introductions. A member must approve and send each introduction.

If you approve an introduction, you represent that you have a relationship with the contact, that reaching out is appropriate, and that you accept responsibility for doing so. Contacts are not parties to these Terms and may not be users of the Service. You must respect their privacy and choices.

We are not a party to any introduction, conversation, deal, hire, investment, or other outcome that follows one, and we are not responsible for what any member or contact does.

7. Your content

You retain any rights you have in the goals, notes, profile material, and other content you provide. The Service also generates derived records from authorized sources, including limited records about people with whom you correspond. Those records are handled under the Privacy Policy and do not give either you or us ownership of another person or their personal information. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display the content you provide for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the Service, and to display content to recipients you authorize. This license ends when the content is deleted.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, brand, and content. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, and is part of this agreement. Your disconnection and deletion controls are described in section 10.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use puts other members, their contacts, or the Service at risk, or if we discontinue the Service.

Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination, together with any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Gravity relies on automated inference, including language models. Its conclusions about who knows whom, what a person knows or needs, and whether two people should meet are estimates and may be incorrect. You are responsible for evaluating these results before acting on them or approving an introduction.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, lost goodwill, or lost or corrupted data, arising out of or relating to the Service, whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of sections 10 and 11 may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your representations about the mailbox and material you connect, or an introduction you approve or make.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

14. General

We may change these Terms. When we do, we will update the effective date above, and for material changes we will give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@meetgravity.ai.
